Back then, I never really liked the idea of fakemon. It was mostly cuz I used 2 play Pokemon hacks that involved fakemon more than the real thing. The only hack I liked that was mostly fakemon is Pokemon Quartz. Some fakemon looked good, but since coming to this site, Most of the fakemon are extremely worthy of being real, then seeing fakemon that involve the real Pokemon got my attention the most. Mostly like all the Cubone, Primeape, and Eevee evolutions so far. Plus really liking the fake Mega Evolutions. So I'm kinda thinking of starting my own versions of Fakemon, but sadly I can't draw. N e other alternatives where I can create fakemon? I have ideas based on my home state of Texas:
Bluebonnets (State Flower)
Pecans (Maybe a Pecan tree Pokemon. Signature Attack: Pecan Bomb or Crackle )
Bobcats (They only show up at night. They're the size of a house cat, but are strong to take down an adult deer.)
BBQ (It's big everywhere, but Texas is 1 of the biggest states associated with BBQ.)
Bats (They can fly from up to 60 MPH and travel in groups.)
Jellyfish (Tentacool and Tentacruel, but can survive on land and can still sting.)
Hermit Crabs (They sorta like Dwebble. So maybe a Water/Ground yea I know Dwebble isn't a water type.
Mockingbird
Hummingbird
Roadrunner (Like Doduo, but with 1 head. They can fly, but they mostly run. Can run about 20 MPH.)
Rattlesnakes

Revival
It's been a couple years, but planning on reviving this vision of a Pokemon region based on Texas. The culture and wildlife here is a fountain of ideas for not only fakemon, but current Pokemon from past games including Pre-evos, further evolutions, Eeveelutions that contain 2 types. The region is not only based on Texas, but parts of Louisiana (New Orleans, bayous, and swamps.), Mexico (Mayans and Aztecs), New Mexico (Desert Mountains), and Oklahoma (Country mixed with Urban living along with Route 66 and a casino resort). The region of Teola (Yea, that's what I'm calling it) is located not too far from Kanto and Johto (2 of my fav regions and is extremely diverse due to constant weather change throughout a year. 1 month sustained Sunny, rainy, and snowy weather (Based on this past January and February down here where it was sunny, then rain a bit, and we got heavy snow for a week.) Here's 10 more visions I have for the Texas Inspired fakemon:
51 and 52: Snow Monkeys based out of a small town an hour south of San Antonio.
53 and 54: Catfish with electric attacks. Based on 1 of the most common fishes that hang around Calaveras Lake which is 20 miles southeast of Downtown San Antonio.
PS, Calaveras Lake is also home to a Power Plant. so a couple Pokemon that are Electric type are based on animals that live around Calaveras Lake and/or San Antonio.

I'm planning on creating a region worth of Fakemon based on my home state of Texas. Fakemon I'm announced so far r common Texas animals, plants, and other types based of Texas sports legends. All I wanna know right now is your ideas of what types I should add and other things I can work on. To Be Honest, I can't draw, I'm looking for artists 2 draw the Fakemon for me. Yes, I'll have rock types and others I haven't announced yet. #38-40: Bats that evolve into a vampire mixed with NASCAR Terry Labonte
#41 and 42: Jalapenos
#43 and 44: Psychics that uses tarot cards
#45-47: Roadrunner that evolves to Doduo, and then Dudrio.
#48-50: Wrestling-type Pokemon. Basic will be a upcoming lightweight sized indy wrestler that evolves into a Middleweight sized wrestler that evolves into a Stone Cold Steve Austin themed Fakemon.
